By ergonomic economics I mean a division among methods of production of those ‘friendly’ to human capabilities and talents and those inimical, actually hostile, to human well being and spirit.
Friendly means of production are easily encompassed by a small shop mentality and bespoke production by AI driven CAD/CAM systems monitored and managed by human beings and monetizing their creativity and talent by custom manufacturing markets including art, literature, custom hardware designs, and parts replacement.
The production processes inimical to the quality of human life, repetitive mind numbing tasks, dangerous occupations, are the focus of autonomous automated production processes driven and largely managed by AI.
The link between the two is a fee collected at the point of deployment of AI driven robots in production processes by a GSE corporation which then redistributes it as a dividend on shares of voting stock in that corporation. This means that the autonomous automated economy finances aggregate demand and fosters human creativity. Every citizen is issued a voting dividend bearing share of the GSE corporation constituting a legitimate UBI which will support aggregate demand and therefore prosperity while funding human creativity in friendly production processes.
This entire scheme rests on achieving the physical AI economic singularity of capable robots building capable robots which will drive productivity toward infinity and together with the legitimate transfer of wealth from robots to humans increase capital efficiency and usher in an age of unparalleled prosperity and accomplishment.
