Utopian Contract Anarchy

The term 'utopia' implies the best of all possible worlds. I mean it as the best of all possible outcomes. How can this be achieved?

Central planning is notoriously deficient in achieving maximum desirable outcomes but essential to the broad category of infrastructure, by that meaning utilities, transportation, and institutions including such economic behemoths as Walmart and Amazon. Computer models such as are found in Equilibrium Economics integrating AI capabilities are going to usher in a Golden Age of infrastructure.

Built on that foundation can be a dynamic flux of social existence that I term 'contract anarchy', socioeconomic behavior reduced within the tenets of merchant law to quid pro quo contracts negotiated without duress and the enforcement mechanisms necessary to ensure compliance and remedy.

This laboratory society can, by experimentation, by behavioral contractual hypotheses, achieve maximum outcomes in material existence and applied socially, maximum outcomes in general social existence.

Do Well and Be Well.
